Privacy

QuoteKit stores your data locally on your device. We do not collect or store your quotes, invoices, or customer data on our servers unless you use optional cloud features (e.g. license validation). We do not sell your data.

Data we may process

If you subscribe, we process payment and account information via our payment provider. License checks may send a hashed device identifier to validate your subscription. We do not read or store the content of your quotes or invoices.

Security

Your quote and invoice data stays on your device. Where supported, the app may use the system keychain to encrypt stored data at rest. The optional app lock uses a PIN that is hashed and never stored in plain text. Payment pages are handled by our payment provider over HTTPS; we do not see or store your card details. We do not transmit your business or customer data to our servers.

Your data

You can export or back up your data at any time from within the app (Settings → Data). Your data remains in your control.
